HAPPY DANCE
I can’t contain myself enough to write anything beautiful today. I can’t think about anything but the unbelievable, terrifying, uniquely wonderful reality that we just bought a house – not just a house – a dream house. A house that we loved since the moment we walked through it, a house that fits us better than any we looked at, offered on or watched wistfully as it was snatched up by wealthy investors.
We’ve spent the last week taking down popcorn ceilings, tearing up carpet and spending every waking minute at the combined wonderland of Lowe’s and Home Depot. It’s overwhelming. It’s exciting. It’s yet more proof that God’s not done with us yet. Something tells me he’s going to use our little nest for something special.
